Returns
We hope you love your Solira piece.
If for any reason it isn't quite right, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unused
- in their original condition
- with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need another size?
We'll be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item is faulty
- the incorrect item was received
In these cases, Solira will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Manufacturing Defects
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may choose between:
- a replacement
- a full refund
